Exchanges are accepted within three (3) days of purchase for in-store purchases only. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Online purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Exchanges for online orders may only be processed in person at our physical store and must comply with the same conditions stated above.

Sale items, underwear, swimwear, and shoes are final sale with no exceptions.

VENA reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
